Having been in the system for a number of years now, my main concern would be a background check, versus a degree. There are many caring and responsible people out there who may not possess a degree. In addition, I would assume that any service facilitator would be vetted by such groups as Moms In Motion. I put my trust in Moms in Motion to assess the character and level of commitment of any new service facilitator applicants.
