Action Summary |
This action implements Chapter 391 of the 2019 Acts of Assembly, which amends § 54.1-2349 of the Code of Virginia to eliminate the requirement for the Common Interest Community Board to impose annual assessments on the gross receipts of common interest community managers. The effective date of the legislation is July 1, 2019. |
