Notice of Public Comment Period
Pursuant to Governor McDonnell’s regulatory reform initiative, the Department is conducting a review of the Board for Asbestos, Lead, and Home Inspectors regulations currently in place to:
- repeal regulations that are unnecessary or no longer in use; and
- reduce unnecessary regulatory burdens on individuals, businesses, and other regulated groups.
The Department invites public comment on these issues specific to the following regulation(s):
