| Purpose of the meeting The Northern Shenandoah Valley Regional Commission will hold a regional stakeholder meeting for development of the Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Phase III Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP). The meeting will consist of a discussion on the current list of stakeholders, a review of new BMPs that were not included in Phase II and a review of the Northern Shenandoah Valley Region’s Input Deck. | |
