Title Nutrient Monitoring for "Nonsignificant" Discharges to the Chesapeake Bay Watershed

Summary The purpose of this guidance is to establish standard nutrient monitoring conditions in individual VPDES permits in order to develop data necessary to reevaluate the aggregate "nonsignificant" point source wasteload allocations included in the Chesapeake Bay TMDL. This data may also be used to establish the permitted design capacity for expanding industrial dischargers in the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
