| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to five regulations, including the reissuance of four general permits: 9VAC25-210 VWP Permit Program Regulation; 9VAC25-660 VWP General Permit For Impacts Less Than One-Half Acre; 9VAC25-670 VWP General Permit For Facilities And Activities Of Utility And Public Service Companies Regulated By The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Or The State Corporation Commission And Other Utility Line Activities; 9VAC25-680 VWP General Permit For Linear Transportation Projects; 9VAC25-690 VWP General Permit For Impacts From Development And Certain Mining Activities. The proposals appear in the Virginia Register of Regulations on November 16, 2015. The public comment period begins on November 16, 2015 and ends on January 29, 2016. An information briefing will be held prior to the public hearing, beginning 1/2 hour before the scheduled start time. | |
