Purpose of legislation
The 2017 General Assembly passed legislation amending the Enterprise Zone Program so that
expenditures for improvements to real property may qualify for a grant or tax credit regardless of
whether they are capitalized or deducted as a business expense under federal Treasury
Regulations.
