Regulations reiterating requirements set forth in the Code

Repeals the requirement that the Board of Education promulgate regulations governing the process for submitting proposals for the consolidation of school divisions, the qualifications of substitute teachers, and the process for conducting division level academic reviews. These regulations reiterate the requirements set forth in statute.
