DO NOT Proceed with hybrid appraisals. Reading the document it notes USPAP and the many regulations Appraisers must follow. Outsourcing the inspection portion of the appraisal to a 3rd party, not bound by these same standards and regulations is putting the public at risk!!! We are licensed professionals as we have gone through extensive training... knowing WHAT to look for on site is a huge part of that training. Please do not put the public at risk by moving forward with this product. Andrea
