Hybrid Appraisals
 

Bifurcated or Hybrid appraisal reports are not necessary and are not beneficial to the public or long term to lenders or guarantors. 

If many lenders would not accept a trainee inspecting without the supervisory appraiser inspecting the property also, why do they now find that a 3rd party
inspector" is capable of doing so? 

This is nothing more than another power grab to lower fees paid and force more appraisers out of the business.
