What troubles me the most is as a public agency, to protect the consumers of one of the three great commonwealths, is it not apparent that modifications to scope of work and loopholes in USPAP detract and are dangerous to your citizens? 

Where does it end?  How far are people willing to go to this end?

I just advise you say NO to the whole thing.
