My comment is that if the Appraisal Profession could act as one, then it would be a logical next step for the Appraisal Profession to take ownership of this valuation commodity, as well as with many other tools that are currently being used for valuation.  But if we can't come together, then someone else is going to make it work and convince the government to go with it. And we, as well as the Public Trust, lose again.---dpb
