I have worked in the forest industry in Southside Virginia for the past 20 years since graduating college.  Biomass plays a very important role in the forest products industry not only for energy but provides crucial markets for loggers and landowners.

I respectfully ask for the DEQ to exempt all industrial boilers and recognize that all biogenic carbon dioxide emissions as carbon neutral.
