Opposed to RGGi which is would be to much more BIG Government!  There’s no easy way to undo big government!  Former Governor McDonald saddled Hampton Roads with the lousy Tolls deal ! Now some want to stop it because it’s hurting industry in Portsmouth but theres no walking away easily. Citizens are taxed on everything which is wrong. Its causing more Poverty because TAXES are taking a huge chunck of workers income and retirees have to make hard choices often giving up medicine, heat, food to pay TAXES. NO RIGGI !
