The limits in place by coops on Virginia dairy farms makes this just a useless regulation. It will just burden our dairy farmers and the inspectors incharge of inforcing the regulations. Foreign markets will put their tests and standards on the milk we sell them so they will not even look at our tests here in Virginia anyway.
