I urge the Board of Health as they have done in past years to continue putting women's health above politics and ensure that health center regulations respect the constitutional rights of Virginians and protect abortion access in Virginia. Women should have control of their bodies. Desperate people do desperate things. Do not return us to the days of mutilation and sorrow.
