Abortion clinics need strong health and safety regulations to protect women who seek their services. Such clinics should be held to health and safety standards similar to any other out-patient surgical/medical facility. Please protect Virginians from the kind of deplorable conditions and practices found in other states and found in inspections here in our Commonwealth. There can be no excuse for lower standards of health, sanitation and safety in abortion clinics than other medical facilities.
