I don't believe that women getting abortions are made safe when abortionists are allowed to cherry-pick what rules they will or won't follow in their facilities.

Abortion is always a deadly business that kills an unborn child and puts mothers at great risk even when abortionists follow the Commonweath mandated rules, let alone when abortionists are protected without limits.
