Since abortion is a surgery, and must be treated as such, it is an assault on women that they do not get every care afforded to them in any other surgery, just because some people feel that abortion is somehow special. They need qualified surgeons, clean surgicla wards, and all of the pre-information given to anybody before a surgery.
