Abortion is unnatural.  Spontaneous miscarriage is natural.  A woman's body is hurt by forcing the unnatural act of forcibly removing the baby who is so well-protected in the womb for a pregnancy to endure safely.  At least some safety measures should be in place when the baby is pulled out.  The bodies of both mother and child are wounded.  Sanitary and safety measures should be in place for the woman.  This is only the physical considerations.  How can people kill a defenseless human being?  It must weigh on their minds terribly.
