Please ensure the safety of those who enter these facilities.  A person who is already under severe emotional stress should not suffer additional harm due to medical negligence, nor negligence of state inspectors.  To disregard the health and safety of persons for political reasons is callous.  All facilities performing medical procedures should be routinely and randomly (without forewarning) inspected for health and safety.
