As an informed resident of Virginia, I'm acutely aware of the importance of using all available good scientific evidence to make both medical care decisions and public policy.  

Politically based policies that fly in the face of medical evidence are harmful to individuals and to the health care system.    

I urge the board to permanently remove the existing TRAP regulations .
