There has never been evidenced-based research that suggested any efficacy in regulating abortion facilities like hospitals.  This purely political and emotional decision has no place in a democracy that allows all people to make the decisions that are best for them and for their families without the interference of government.

As a therapist, I have seen how important the issue of accessible medical care and choice is to my patients.  I hope in the interest of women's physical and mental health, you will consider removing unnecessary and burdensome regulations.
