Abortion clinics need strict health regulations as do all out patient surgery clinics.  Abortions clinics must be clean and sterile equipment needs to be used, as well as trained professionals just as do all out patient surgery clinics and hospitals. We should not make legal "back alley" abortion clinics.  If abortion clinics do Not have regulatory health standards, it would effectively create back alley abortion clinics. Protection of womens' health is critical. There have been many deaths of young women who have had an abortion as a complication of this surgical procedure.  Thes are young healthy women who should have no deaths, but if there are complications they should be immediate access to a hospital.
