The public do not attend to details of certification. They rely on the state to monitor and enforce safe and effective Medical and Dental practices. The State must fulfill that role and inforce the restrictions that prevent the misrepresentation of "training" in those who are demonstratively undertrained from duping the general public. That is the definition of a State Regulatory Body.  Protecting the rights of the general consumer from preditory practices. Please honor that commitment to the people of the State of Virginia.
