I was approached by a data center developer to finance ultra efficient and clean energy aspects of a new data center project.  We were OK with the ultra efficient cooling equipment giving us a 1.2 PUE.  When we added the solar panels we excceded the prescribed PACE to value ratios.  Can you see that this is a non core business need and will be eliminated from consideration?

We discussed some of the other things we could do such as taking waste heat from the data center and supplying it to the adjacent shopping center for heat and hot water. This too caused the project to exceed the prescribed ratios. This too is a non core business need and will be eliminated from consideration.

I am sure this is not what is intended We need to do all of these things with PACE dollars and not public dollars.
