300 words are not needed-solar is a no brainer. It should be heavily promoted to Virginia residents and financial incentives should follow. Instead we cater to a cooperation called dominion energy. What they say goes. We need to change that and the government of the commonwealth needs to promote solar. It’s way overdue!
