My number one concern as a citizen is the impending climate crisis, which can be felt with recent daily storms more extreme than when I was a kid (I'm not that old). The pipeline project does nothing for the citizens of Virginia, and takes our focus away from renewable energy development and public education about the environment and how they can help through lifestyle choices. It seems, frankly, corrupt, and I ask our officials to step into integrity and step swiftly into leadership roles to help Virginia and our planet survive the coming century.
