My name is Todd Bedwell and I am a Fire Investigator in the Fire Marshal Office for Salem Fire-Ems. As an advocate for the fire and life safety of Virginians and those visiting the Commonwealth, I would like to add my name to the comments made by the Virginia Fire Prevention Association and the Virginia Fire Chiefs Association.
