I believe that concealed carry in Virginia is one of the imperativce functions of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Not only have the Concealec Carry Permit Holders gone through a stringent background investigation they have also been through a gun safety program sponsored by national organizations.  Most of the folks in VA that have the concealed  carry permits are former military and have had rigorous weapons training in both safety and engagment/use of force.

Save Schools, Government buildings, ABC licensed establishments for on premise consumption, and religious affairs I think persons with concealed carry permits should be allowed to carry and defend themselves and others.
