clearly this is not a 'one size fits all' and needs to be re-examined. Not just for the various co-ops but also those centers that offer a small business parent help during the day with watching children. It's unfair to make them all have to go through this strenuous process not to mention cost prohibitive. It's a sure fire way of having many small businesses CLOSE and isn't the idea to help promote small businesses? Please find a middle ground.
