There is no way of knowing when or where you will have to protect yourself (or others).

No single place in this world is safe and the authorities will not always be able to respond.

Therefore the only logical thing to do is protect yourself.

It has been shown that CHP holders are one of the most law-abiding demographics of people.

Criminals will not think twice to break the rules, so I urge you to ammend this rule, to allow the citizens protection.
