Cap and trade is selling the future.  Only counting carbon is to release methane which is 30X worse when it comes to global warming.  The ACP & MVP fracked gas pipelines provide no safety or climate change mitigation.  What they do is more than double the green house gas emissions for the Commonwealth of Virginia when any thinking person and any credible leader knows we must reduce these emmisions drastically and soon.  Where are our leaders?  Where are those who will take our children to a future that is livable?  Stop hiding in the thicket of complication and LEAD.
