I wish to strongly disagree with this language that would remove care givers from residences that provide healthy community relationships to the mentally disadvantaged. The sense of a home environment requires relationships to be created over all hours and all situations. By requuiring cargivers to remove themselves from the residences removes them during the times when those needing the certainty of the relationship need it and desire it most. We should be accomodating different care mechanisms not limiting them.
