The Commonwealth should allow citizens to legally carry handguns in state parks.  This is nothing more than allowing what is already legal over a vast portion of Virginia.  My patronage of Virginia State Parks would increase considerably if I were allowed to carry a handgun inside them.  Thank you for your consideration.
