Please remove the language that a group home must be staffed by those "who do not live in the home." L'Arche, a transformative gold-standard of love and care for adults with intellectual disabilities, is dependent upon live-in assistants. Please allow L'Arche to continue providing and inspiring love and dignity for adults with disabilities.
