Definition of a group home should not be defined as those who live OUTSIDE the home providing supervision and care. A great model is the communities of  l’Arche that exist in Virginia and across the world wherein those who provide care and supervision live in community inside homes with disabled core members. This change would destroy this dynamic, positive living and growing arrangement of l’Arche homes in Virginia.
