I woul like to see this subdivision repealed so the owners and family at Redwood Bingo could return to help work bingo.  It is difficult to get enough members to assist in working bingo.  We have to pay a caller who is not a member to call bingo and sell instants.  That is money we could have to help toward our 10% at the end of the year.  I would like to see this subdivision 11 VAC 15-40 repealed and let our owners and family members return to the bingo that they started and worked all the years previously.
