Why is the right do defend oneself or family limited anywhere? Just like anywhere else, someone preying on others does not care if the law says the cannot carry a gun in a state park. The law also says he/she cannot rob, rape, kidnap, or murder. Laws seem to be little deterent to criminals, in fact if rules and laws worked, we wouldn't have criminals at all !!
