I support reducing and capping CO2 pollution from fossil-fuel-fired power plants as one step in Virginia's effort to mitigate climate change. We need this and other (bolder) regulations to ensure a future for my two-year-old daughter. Please take this step toward buliding the clean power revolution in Virginia.
