It is fundamentally important for Virginia to resist the Trump regime's pernicious denial of science.  We must assume full responsibility for the future of our children and grandchildren by enacting caps on carbon emissions from all utilities, and increasing these caps over time to reduce the excess CO2 that is already heating our global atmosphere to dangerous levels.
