I fully support efforts to reduce carbon pollution in Virginia. As a Reform Jew I have an obligation to speak up on behalf of those who are most vulnerable, and climate change will disproportionately affect those who are poor/low income. As an Eagle Scout, I have seen the value of protecting our natural resources and ensuring our air and water are clean. It is past time to clean up carbon pollution in VA.
