I strongly support rulemaking to reduce carbon emissions from power plants with the goal of a 30 percent reduction by 2030.  It is critical that we take substantive action in the Commonwealth of VA to help combat the adverse effects of climate change--which I truly believe is an ever-growing danger not just to VA but to our planet.
