It's my understanding that this would occur under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian or licensed technician. As an LVT I don't want to be held legally responsible when an assistant makes a mistake. They walk away and licensed professionals are left holding the bag.  We have a lot to lose personally and professionally.  Opposed.
