There is no objective evidence, I.e. License, that proves all of these unlicensed technicians are capable of an invasive procedure such as inserting catheters.  I strongly oppose this petition that would condone untrained personnel to perform these actions.  Instead, I urge you to research the root cause of this request and address the true issues to come up with a holistic solution.
