I trust my veterinarian implicitly, and I believe they would not risk my pets in any way.  I think to not allow TRAINED non licensed technicians to place catheters would place a hardship on the veterinarians practicing in our rural area. I support allowing a non licensed, trained Veterinary technician to place catheters under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian. We owe that to our pets.
