In Vet offices LVT's are out numbered by assistants and animals on a large scale if an LVT isnt avaible to place IV catheters it can stress the situation and more mistakes can be made. This needs to pass due to the fact that with proper training from LVT's, Doctors and experienced staff this can make stressful situations where looking for approved staff to place a catheter can be avoided. This is important to make things easier on the aniamls and get them the medications they need to help with what is going on.
