I strongly support the amendment to allow trained, unlicensed veterinary personnel to place IV catheters. I believe that this change would greatly benefit both the doctors who rely on their veterinary team's support to care for their patients, and the pet owners who rely on the doctor and his/her veterinary team to care for their pet.
