1. LVTs have spent time and money on their training and their duties should not be given away to those who have not. It's a dangerous path to a slippery slope.
2. As a pet owner, I don't see catheters being placed, but I like to know that it is done by a DVM or LVT.
3. If others are to be allowed to do it "under supervision," how is that an improvement? Now you have two people doing what one trained LVT does alone.
