I highly support the veterinary assistance in setting in catheters. I know so many hard working and very knowledgeable assistance that would be able to handle this task. There are many times that the vet techs out number the lots and to have there help in these cases would help any practice be more successful in treating our patients. If they are properly trained and willing to learn I see this as an asset to any veterinary practice!
